love the fact that they offer no possible hypothesis as to how the nail got up his nose. is he a carpenter? a cobbler perhaps? the guy's about 80, which means he didn't get the nail up his nose until he was about 50 - WTF is he doing sniffing nails at that age? To me the nail looks even older than 30 years though - it looks like it could be one of the nails used to nail baby Jesus to the cross. BTW - let's please get Sanjay Gupta to write the person holding the nail a script for Lamisil tablets -eeewww.
